DLL Integration

I have two DLL's that I need to integrate so that DLL #1 ([login to view URL]) can send a query to DLL #2 and receive the result. DLL #2 is a complete solution and has a sample program that demonstrates how to retrieve the results from another program. I believe DLL #1 just needs the proper linking, file and header includes to make this work. DLL #2 was provided for such use but the ability to incorporate the two is beyond my available time/knowledge. The end result should be a delivered Visual Studio 2008 solution that I can further modify on my own. All source code for both DLL's will be provided. This will be a very simple project for an experienced C++ programmer.
