I need someone to develop a software that I will distribute inside my game client, the software will be executed when the person execute the .exe of my online game, and will send a TCP message to my server every 60 seconds to confirm that user is playing my game with the software opened. When the user stop moving mouse or click any key after 15 seconds it will notify me too. Later I will use that software to avoid people use commands to get wrong beneficits inside my game.
