6 step Desktop Tool to for file data input

I have many html files to build, I need an application to speed things up.. 1. Click 'new' to make new file. - this will setup the new file (html) 2. New File Name - This will be the 'Saved As' name of the file. 3. 'Save To' location. 4. Load source template - This is the file where I want the data put. 4. Load Source file. - This is the information I need to input. This will be from excel, or as reccomended by you. 5. 'Run'. hmmm - if you don't know. - you are in wrong place. lol! This will process the information & make a new file. - I am not a programmer, - so you need to figure this out. I want to load all the data into a spreadsheet, then have the software fill in all the fields automatically.
