Website Clone and Conversion To Dreamwever Template

I need to convert some of my websites from wordpress and MS FrontPage to a Dreamweaver templates, while keeping all the essential components intact, like, URL, Meta tags, formatting, and filename (Example available) ? The program checks for a page description and writes the original Description Tag to the proper place in the TEMPLATE <meta name="Description" content="ORGINAL DESCRTIPTION HERE" /> ? 4. The TEMPLATE is saved using the same file name that’s extracted and it’s case sensitive, E.g. If you are extracting data from: <[login to view URL]> ? The new file would be saved to e.g. c:\conversion-direcory\tips/biz\[login to view URL] ? ***In the case of .php files:*** <[login to view URL]> ? ***Would save to the Hard Drive as:*** ? e.g. c:\conversion-direcory\2009\08\metallic-techy-navigation-bar-photoshop-tutorial\[login to view URL] ? ? ? 5. Directory structure must be cloned ??" no changes can be made to ensure URL’s remain the same. In Addition to text the program will also copy graphics that appear in PAGE CONTENT and link them correctly ? 7. The text needs to be formatted in as they are in the original page. The program can’t just dump a chunk of text. ? ? 9. Footer Graphics Menus Because I’m using Dreamweaver I can easily update these via the master template I create so the program can ignore all these elements so that we get a nice clean page. ? 11.
