Hi, I am experienced electronics engineer with more than 15 years of experience. It is very hard to get back a C code from a HEX file as each instruction in C may compile into a complex routine that also could be optimized by your compiler so that each compilation could lead to a different binary representation. The result sometimes is a quite difficult program flow which is quite difficult to tell even for a human what was the original C code. You can reverse your HEX file into assembly, however. That will not fully give back the variable names, labels etc sience the HEX file is just a binary one. My advice is to just go back to source code/project Regards
