TCP listener for GPS GPRS Device

I need TCP/IP port listener, which collect the data from GPS tracking devices and store it in MS SQL database. It must accept multiple connections at the same time (asynchronous). It must accept multiple connections at the same time (Async). 2. I will share the protocol and the person have to process the GPS String by splitting it ,then store it into database tables, like current speed, current location,Temp, Fuel,and few more...
