arduino weigh to show on pc using c#

1) i have a already made arduino weigh code, it can show how many grams on a lcd display, but i want to send this real time number to pc and show on pc using c#. 2)Also, the c# need a real time reading, which means when the weigh is changing, the number on pc c# will also change in real time, no need to press any button to get update the number, it will update the number automatically. 3)Also, i need a button, "get" button, when i press the get button, the real time number changing will copy to a blank field. As i have another c# system, if you can make this small program, i can use this code to combine with my big system. 4)So you need to make two field, one for "upadting automatically" field, one for "copy the update number" field. 5) i need the reading to be no error or strange number, you need to avoid any interfence of the reading.
