Fix my Visual Studio 2019 C# Windows Forms Application to work with a VC++ 6.0 SDK

Background: I am trying to control/interface with a Hantek 6254BC Oscilloscope using the provided Hantek SDK. I want to do this through software created with Visual Studio 2019 as a C# Windows Forms Application. Hantek provides Oscilloscope software which I can load and use on my computer but I want to connect with my own software using the provided Hantek SDK (DLL, Lib, .h. manual, code samples) [login to view URL] . (Hantek6000BC SDK under download tab) The SDK Manual and Code comments are in both English and Chinese. There are several Dlls/Libs in this SDK, I specifically need to connect to the hardware Dll/Lib: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], HTHardDLL.h There are several methods I want to eventually access via my C# Windows Forms App (.NET framework) created in Visual Studio 2019. I have attempted to create a VERY simple Visual Studio 2019 C# Windows Forms App (.NET framework). This simple app was created as a proof of concept to connect the DLL/Lib/.h to my software/Oscilloscope. In this app I am only attempting to access one method in the Dll/Lib. I have limited experience with SDKs, C++, C# and Visual Studio 2019 and have not been able to make this work. I continue to get the following error: [login to view URL]: 'Unable to load DLL 'C:\Users\kevin\source\repos\HantekController1\HantekController1\bin\Debug\[login to view URL]': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)' I am developing this app on my Laptop – a Dell Inspiron 15-7568 with Intel® Core™ i7-65000U CPU, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processors (2.50GHz, 2.60 GHz) using the latest version of Visual Studio 2019, Windows 10 Home YOUR JOB: Fix my C# Windows Forms Application :  I will provide my project files (as they are; with errors for you to fix), (here is my project on Google Docs: [login to view URL])  you will make changes to get the software to work (connect to the DLL/Lib or whatever is needed to access/run the methods controlling the Oscilloscope).  You will return the corrected project to me to verify that your corrections will run on my computer in Visual Studio 2019 for me to continue developing my software,  Provide a detail list/explanation of all changes made to get it to work correctly. This must include ALL code additions/removals, settings/properties changes, file additions/references, and any other actions taken.  You will provide any needed additional support to help me get the software working on my computer I will probably need additional help after you complete this job, so you would first in line for the next job I post.
