Need a C# Based screen mate application made

Basically all i need is a simple program for blue from "blue clues TV show" if you search on google it will come out,It should do the following Blue should be walking right to left and left to right waiting for an action . A small control panel on the screen is used to send some basic instructions to Blue, it should be a simple panel with some buttons or icons, for example: -Jump - Stop - Wave - Turn - Say hello when you click on the action Blue will obey. an example when click on his head, the text 'this is my head' should appear on a section of the panel. for now i need PC only but I will need Mac version as well soon so you have to consider re-usability of the code.
