We are seeking an external design office or individual specializing in the preparation of comprehensive design documentation related to the production of urban architectural elements such as benches, bins, planters, and sun loungers. We are looking for a partner with experience in designing sheet metal components and their developments. The work primarily involves CAD software, but experience with SolidWorks would also be a significant asset. Our expectations for cooperation include: 1. Preparation of General Project Outline for approval: • Determine material grades, thickness, solutions, and technological capabilities. • Establish optimal sheet metal developments and prepare an initial division of elements based on the most efficient material usage and agreements regarding, for example, the sizes of corner elements. • Propose basic structural/technological solutions necessary for preparing documentation in a way that provides the client with all necessary information required for approval at this stage of the project. • Minimize less critical technical details and solutions to potentially optimize correction time if needed. • Verify the completeness of the project, which should include: Material specification/grade/surface finish Plans, sections, basic details, additional necessary sketches if required for concept approval 2. Detailed Preparation of Production Documentation: • Verify the correctness of the accepted conceptual documentation. • Analyze material usage optimization in terms of developments and detail division. • Prepare estimated material requirements: sheet metal and wood (or other materials with longer lead times for procurement or fabrication if applicable). • Design structural, executive solutions, and all necessary details. • Prepare dimensions, diagrams, plans, sections, detail developments, and division of elements. • Mark all unique details for easy identification before assembly. • Compile DWG/DXF files for CNC programming. • Compilation of production elements enabling sheet metal processing, assembly, and welding. • Verify the real material requirements for all necessary materials.
