upgrade cakephp 1.2 project in latest 3.0 or upper version

I have done this job before in previous company. Its not just replace the folders and files rather need to write new code. In my experience it would be almost new project. Another big challenge is view. If there is a lot of code inside a view with php nested tag then it would be more difficult job. another issue is bugs occurrence would be more. That why once need at least one month to complete this job with 100% perfection.
