Flash upgrade to AS3 for Zeddd Platform

Zeddd Technology is looking for a company who can upgrade its Virtual world platform to Flash AS3. An existing example of our platform can be viewed online with themallplus dot com. The platform consists of a player module that has a number of applications the load into the player. We want to continue with the same data structures and back end so it will be important to maintain existing system as much as possible. We can supply all the source files that will require upgrading. We are looking for a large company with a proven track record and experience in Flash AS3 and will maintain confidentiality and respect intellectual property. We also expect the company to have the capability and capacity to complete this project within a tight time frame. We expect that this upgrade to our platform will be part of a number of projects that we will require.
