My daily job is to deal with backup and recovery problems, provide recommendations, troubleshoot problems and more. I have more than 5 years of experience on this field and I can understand very well all it is involved in creating a disaster recovery plan. You can contact me to share more details about the goals you wanted to complete so I can share my comments with you about what is going to be required and to make sure I fit your requirements. The DR plans usually will require some times lot of testing, you can face issues while working on the project and at that point is where you will require troubleshooting skills; besides someone creating a DR plan you need a commitment person to complete the task even if problems will appear.
