Create a digital product and a landing page

I need you to write some content for a website. Hi, I'm currently in need of 1, 2 or maybe more freelancers to help me for a special project I have. I would like you to create a digital product about one of the following subjects: weight loss / diet, yoga, fighting depression, musculation, chess and others I will send you if thoses ones aren't what you prefer. More details will be sent to the freelancer(s) I will choose. The creation of the product will include not only writing from scratch but also layout and graphics (photos and infografics depending on the domain choosen) so please apply for this job only if you are competent in all those domains. You will have to search and create the content needed to match the requirements I will tell you. The final product will be a PDF possibly eye-friendly. It will be downloadable from a website I created but I also want you to write the main page of the website (examples will be sent to help you). No backend skills are required for the website, I just need the content done. This offer may leads to more work if I like what you did but it will mostly depends from the success of the product. The more success it will have, the more work I will have for you.
