YouTube Talk Show Producer & Writer

I'm seeking a skilled and proactive individual who can help me run and manage a YouTube talk show that focuses on basic, easy-to-understand topics within my field - registered nursing. Key Responsibilities: - Script Writing: You'll be responsible for writing engaging, informative scripts that will be presented during the show. - Topic Research: I require you to diligently research and identify hot topics (primarily about the culture of registered nursing) within my field that are suitable for our audience. - Show Production: You'll be in charge of coordinating the production of the YouTube talk show, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets our objectives. • Show will be a weekly show. There will likely be 26 shows I’d like to have produced this year, starting July 1st, each show being 45 minutes. Ideal Candidate: - Strong Writing Skills: You must be able to write engaging and informative scripts that are suitable for a general audience. - Research Skills: Experience in researching trending and relevant topics related to my field is a must. - Experience in YouTube Production: Understanding of YouTube's algorithms, SEO, and best practices for engaging content is a plus. - Excellent Communication: You should be able to effectively communicate with me and the audience through comments and social media shares.
