Washington DC Bar-Certified Lawyer Needed

I'm currently operating as a pro se litigant in a small civil suit case concerning a contract dispute. I'm in need of a lawyer who is certified and experienced in Washington DC's court system to provide me with legal advice. My primary requirement revolves around crafting a sound joint pre-trial statement to strengthen my case. Luckily, I have all necessary documents related to the dispute at hand. Your expertise and advice would be invaluable in this situation. I have to have the statement completed by the 18th of February. I think it would take a lawyer about 10 to may be 20 hours of work to help me. I just need help with what is called claims and Defenses, relief sought and case law citations. I have completed a first draft of much of the rest of the statement. I will meet with opposing counsel this coming Friday to see if we both agree on the undisputed issues.
