Ebook + Short/effective Sales Page

I need an ebook of 30 pages written as well as its sales page. Topic is: - Health Related The ebook must be of a good standard. Preference will be given to someone who has written on the Health topic before. The ebook is a compilation of existing content on the topic but where the structure needs to be found, as well as the layout and the common thread in the book.
