psd to css and small gallery fix

Hello all, I have a web site that's designed in psd and need someone to convert it to thml5/css. I need someone who is going to create the exact same site as it's designed in photoshop. The design is very simple and all the pages are almost identical with only a few changes. - The site needs to look the same in all major browsers (chrome, ff, ie etc.) - Design needs to be SEO friendly - Design needs to look exactly the same as on psd files. - Needs to pass [login to view URL] 100% - I want you to see the design and understand what needs to get done before committing and giving me a quote. I also need someone to make changes to this gallery. I want this to get done first (possibly tonight or tomorrow) www_adiscreative_com/robert/gallery3/ I want it to have information about the pictures just like this one www_adiscreative_com/robert/gallery4/ I'm talking about the little popup that's there for each image. I can give you the source code for both galleries, you won't have to create them from scratch.
