Convert a PSD to HTML

I will provide you a PSD(the majority of the items on the png are in a separate layer), and you will convert it to HTML. The drop down menu must work(in all listed browsers). The layout must look the same as the PSD for the following browsers: Safari(all releases in past 6 years), IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9, Konqueror, Flock, Firefox 1-3, Chrome(All). I want the content area to be fixed at 960 pixels. Make sure everything is lined up in a grid like fashion. Your layout must be xhtml valid(strict). It must also be search engine friendly(that means headers in header tags), etcetera. Slider must also be installed and look like picture. This layout must be tableless and look the same as the PSD in Safari(all releases in past 6 years), IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9, Konqueror, Flock, Firefox 1-3, Chrome. You will be required to work on this project in your own working environment. None will be provided. I will give you a PNG of the site layout on request. Good luck.
