Design & improve my weebly site including all seo & appropriate widgets - open to bidding

Hello, I've started trying to build my own weebly site and it's not coming together very well. I'd like to know if you're able to help me design/build/improve the site. I'd like the site to have some interactive things in it like a booking calendar, social media and calls-to-action to. I'd also be interested in knowing if you can help me set up other marketing features to help drive activity & sales. And finally if all this can be done, I'd like to know if you can assist with ongoing maintenance and improvements as we & improve. If you could let me know you're thoughts I'd appreciate it please.
