Australias Top 200

Hi, I am on the Board of All Together Now - Australia's only charity dedicated to erasing racism in our society. This year we are embarking on an ambitious growth plan to help us increase the number of projects / initiatives that we run and improve our engagement across the community. Therefore, we need money to fund all that new activity. One big source of funds we would like to tap is the generous pool of High Net Worth individuals in Australia. To start that process, we need a long list of wealthy Australians from which we can pick a short list to approach… hence my Freelancer request… Can you build a list of the top 200 richest families / individuals in Australia? Once you have the list, can you then add some 'colour' by including their current net worth, key contact details, major business interests, not-for-profit involvement, current charity support, etc? Also - can you use my LinkedIn profile to map the closest connection I might have to these individuals / families (or their entourage) in order to get an introduction (rather than simply making a cold call)? I need to determine: - who has the most money in Australia - of that group, who is most likely to have an affinity with our cause (i.e. "Erasing Racism") - how do I get an introduction to make my pitch. Please let me know what you think. I have set out one method for achieving this outcome - I am equally interested in hearing other ideas… Cheers Pete
