List of 100 Products

I need a list of 100 products that meet the below qualifications for a good product. Deliverable - A completed spreadsheet listing 100 products and will include the product name, high end buy price, low end sell price, buy URL (from Alibaba), and sell URL (from eBay) Good Product List...Each of the 100 products needs to meet all 4 of the criteria below. 1. Small and light - under 50lbs 2. Specific, niche products - You aren't going to be looking for things like “Necklaces” or even “Clock Necklaces”. You want to find one specific product, like “Silver Owl Pendant Clock Necklace”. Retail price $10-$200 - Products that sell to consumers between $10-$200 3. Consistent stream of buyers - Something that is going to sell consistently all year long and for the foreseeable future. So not iPhone 5 cases. That product will have an ever decreasing base of buyers. I also don’t want to get into super seasonal stuff, like Halloween Costumes. 4. Selling for twice as much as your buy price - I would not even look at a product with less than a 100% markup, which is a 50% margin. That means if I cant double the price, I am not looking at it. I suggest you use your worst estimates here, which I’ll explain further below. By “worst estimate”, I mean using the worst case scenario buying and selling prices in your calculations. Bad Products.....Do not list any products with the characteristics below 1. Mechanical and demand high quality standards and great warranties - Hoping this one is self-explanatory, but I definitely don’t want to be dealing with things like table saws, hydraulic lifts, and manufacturing machinery. That is just a headache waiting to happen (probably much worse than a headache though…) 2. Sold at Wal-Mart or Best Buy - I am trying to find a single deep-niche item with consistent buyers that we can undercut the current selling prices on. 3. Fragile and require perfect shipping practices - a nightmare waiting to happen. 4. Have multiple “Ebay Powersellers” already selling large volume - If you are thinking about doing something like headphones, I don’t want to pick the headphones that have 10 ebay powersellers who sell thousands of units a month already. These are businesses built to run on eBay, and I won’t be able to compete with them. I need to find products that don’t have a ton of sellers, but the ones there are selling consistently. 5. Trademarked and will get you sued – Don’t list anything with any trademark on it. This means counterfeit purses and wallets, as well as Snoopy and Twilight toys or Anything with big US trademarks on it. Research Tools....You'll need to use the below tools to find good products and complete the information on the spreadsheet. 1. Alibaba - This is where you will find product listings from overseas suppliers. You'll be using it to check the high end buy price for products. You’ll be using eBay to get an idea of the low end sell price point I could sell the product you’re researching. 3. The attached spreadsheet - This is a simple spreadsheet you will use to keep track of the product list and this is what you will send me when this project is complete. It already has five examples of the type of products I would like on the list. Things to keep in mind while searching 1. Alibaba search filters - When searching for products or suppliers on Alibaba, always make sure you have the “Gold Supplier” button checked. 2. eBay search filters - When searching for products on eBay, always make sure you have the “Completed Listings” button checked. This will allow you to see what prices things are selling at and how frequently they are selling. 3. What I'm looking for – I'm looking for good products that I can mark up at least 100% in your worst estimates. If you find a product that fits all the characteristics of a good product, and you’re able to mark it up 100% in your worst estimates, then add it to the list.
