ALL-STAR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - quickbooks online, fluent in english, partly on Norht amer tm zone

I need an ALL-STAR virtual assistant who possesses the following: * Fluent in english, written and oral * Professional virtual assistant setup - dual monitors, fast cable/dsl internet (no dialup), reliable phone * Availability during north american hours * Some college education * excellent in excel and word * HONEST * attention to detail * Windows platform (NOT mac) * quickbooks online reconciliation, upload receipts Our job consists of: * Phone calling to a list of companies to find out their schedules (NOT a sales job). This part of the job is 3-5 days per month and consists of perhaps 75-150 phone calls (2-4 minutes each) * data processing - taking a list from us and gathering the data needed for it. Same process each month * parsing and cleaning up data lists and put them in an excel sheet * pulling photos from GOOGLE streetview This job is NOT for: * Workers who have a fulltime job and this would be a side job This is an ongoing position and we will keep assigning tasks if we can count on your to complete them.
