Create 200 gmails and fill out forms

I am looking to hire a person who can either use a automated program or manually enter MLB baseball playoff team lotteries. There will be 8 teams that will have 1 form to fill out on their respective mlb website. Some of the links posted below. Winning email addresses that are selected will receive a presale password to have a chance to buy playoff tickets. The chances of winning are slim unless multiple entries are made using multiple email addresses. I only have a couple email addresses and don't have the time to create more and enter these lotteries.
