I need to allocate different types of tasks to different employees on a daily basis. I want a spreadsheet that can keep a running tally of how many tasks have been assigned in total so that I can be provided with a daily average and then automatically tell the person assigning tasks who is the best choice (least workload) based on the skill needed. I also need the spreadsheet to be able to take leave days into consideration and block those out from being included in the daily average of tasks, and make sure those people don't come up as choices when they're out of the office.
