I need 4 pay-per-lead telesales agents

We are a commercial cleaning company. We clean anything commercial from offices to schools and building sites to pubs, bars and restaurants. We clean these premises on a daily basis and offer not only a good rate, but a multi-award winning cleaning service, and we require more of these lovely customers. We require 10 good appointments per week for our salesman to go on initially and we are willing to pay £25 for each confirmed appointment. Should this work well, we will ask for another 10 at the same rate. The criteria is very simple: The customer must: Have at leat 10 cleaning hours a week Premises must be within a 20 mile radius of central Bristol Must be interested in changing cleaning suppliers, and not just looking for quotes Ensure all decision makers are present on the day of the appointment Must be out of contract within 2 months Once we have identified the best salespeople and the best sales leads we would like to take 2 of the 4 telesales agents and start a long-term project with them obtaining up to 20+ solid sales leads per week
