Professional email sender needed

I need a professional email sender that will be able to send 5k-10k per day with a software (it can be interspire, darkmailer, vodamail, etc.) with editable custom fields. I'm precising that I'm NOT doing random spamming but rather targeted mailing. I will give you csv files with a few fields such as location, url link, date etc. I'm replying unique addresses to classified ads (NOT @[login to view URL]). Here is an example of the type of messages I'd like you to edit and send: "Hey [name] I'm just replying to the ad you posted in [city] on the [date]. I'm really interested. I'm currently contacting all sellers living in [city]. Please get back to me. Anyway you get the idea...please only reply if you have experience with this. My former provider was charging $3 per 1k.
