Our company buy and sell fashion goods like shoes, clothes and bags in bulk. Our customers are for ex outlet owner, onlineseller and wholesaler around the world. What you have to do: - Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and complaints through various channels, including chat, email, marketplaces and social media during working hours 09.00-1700 , (Stockholm time +1) - You must study company’s products to be equipped to answer customers’ questions and can offer the clients right products. You have to analyze all potential customers to offer them right goods. Follow up each client weekly and also when we have new products. - Find potential clients in different countries. - Inform Team Leader about potential/ongoing issues in a timely manner. -Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. - Give the supervisor report about the clients’ preference and needs. - Some of the goods are not sold in a long time (more than 2 weeks), please do remark and inform the supervisor and during working hours 09.00-1700we will have the plan to re-do the advertisement in another way. - Check emails regularly if there are new emails and answer the customer's inquiries about the mailing or advertising that was posted on the websites. You should know all the information regarding the offer. *** Fluent in English both written and speaking. Other languages like French, Arabic and Spanish is a plus If the clients can not speak English, you will have to translate and answer. (using for ex google translate) Monthly payment + commission Please bid on the monthly payment only. the commission is depending on your result which we will discuss later. long term if we are satisfied.

Hi Yosawadee P, I have been doing exactly same for solar energy company, i used to help them finding suppliers for solar panels and solar inverters via AliBaba and then reporting them for the supplier replies and then once any of those product was sold was responsible to answer the client queries regarding shipment, complaints via online chat portal and sending newsletters for latest promotions.
