Convert forms into fillable/editable PDF forms

I have 8 forms already in PDF format with 58 pages total that to be converted into fillable/editable PDFs, consisting mostly of check boxes and single line text fields. Date fields need to be formatted/constrained to dates only, time fields formatted as time only, ZIP codes as ZIP format only, telephone fields with only numbers, etc. so that users cannot enter invalid data into the forms. The forms are confidential so I cannot provide them as attachments, but there are 58 US letter-sized pages total to be converted.
