I need you to give me an EXE that (1) loads a CSV, (2) converts the addresses in the CSV to geocodes using Bing, Google, MapQuest or Yahoo geocoding APIs (3) appends the geocodes as fields in the CSV (4) uses this tool to download data that corresponds to that geocode: [login to view URL] (5) appends that data to the CSV Project must work flawlessly before any payment is released.
