I need a Delphi function the will take geodetic lat long double and return the MGRS-New string for that position. i.e. function Geodetic_To_MGRS(lat, long: double): string; The function must calculate its result totally offline. Source code must be provided and will be implemented if passed testing.

Hello. It's not final bid, rather it's bid for "preventing preliminary accepting" due this site require to put any bid before clarification. I've investigated for a little and I've found C++ code (DTCC) that can convert to MGRS coordinates. There is quite large code. Is it acceptable for you to convert that code to DLL and call it from Delphi? However I didn't yet test code for ability to work offline, but it looks like there is not network related calls. My final bid depends on it's possible to use C++ code in DLL, or you need to have 100% Delphi code.
