Picture Loader to Texture for OpenGL and DirectX

I need one example in Delphi on how to: 1 - Open a file of format ( Jpeg, Bmp, Tif, PNG ) ( ok this is easy ) 2 - Create a Tstream from the file ( ok :) easy again ) 3 - Transform the Tstream in another Tstream in the simplest binary format that can be fed to textures in OpenGL and directX 4 - Create a Texture in OpenGL using this stream 5 - Create a Texture in DirectX using this stream. 6- Show a very simple example in OpenGL ( no need in directX ) of how to call the texture creation in another thread, other than the main thread in the program.
