add feature in Django project

I need to add a small feature to a Django project. The project is a management system for a university where you can add, update, and delete students, courses, lecturers, etc. The feature is as follows: The admin can create a form. The purpose of this form is to collect data from students about the courses they want to enroll in for the semester. This form has an expiration date (it will not be visible to students after it expires). Here are more details: The admin will navigate to the Forms page, where they can see all forms. On the Forms page, the admin can click the "Create Form" button, which will take them to the create form page. On this page, the admin will find three required fields (End Date, Title, Description, Program). Once the admin clicks "Create," the form will be visible on the Forms page to students who is in the that program you created the form for . When a student clicks on the form, they will see all the courses available in their program (e.g., if the program is Computer Science, the student will see all the courses under that program). To the left of each course, there is a checkbox that allows the student to select the courses they wish to enroll in for the semester. After submitting the form, the student cannot edit or view it again. The admin can click on the form they created to see how many users voted in the form and how many votes each course received. Note admin will be allowed to see the forms even after End Date
