Info about error

An ASP web forms project(.aspx) was recently migrated to Azure cloud. When trying to download any type of file attachment from the application, we are getting the following error Unable to download file 1439322: The authenticated message code doesn't match. The message may have been corrupted or tampered with.” Can you provide any insight into what that error means, and where we might want to look to fix it? It might be related to cryptocspsule but I don’t know for sure. Please provide as much info on how to fix this, maybe is just a setting in Azure that needs adjustment? Or a config of the app?
