Twin mic speaker circuit with induction loop for hard of hearing.

This is a re-launched project as the last one was unsuccessful. We need a circuit designing for a simple dual mic-amp-speaker set up so a store member can speak with customers from behind a safety screen, and customers can talk back. 10w 8ohm at 12vdc is fine. It's basically an intercom with volume controls. As well as this, we need to include an induction loop on one side so that customers with hearing aids can use it and hear the store member via the induction loop rather then the speaker. I have found many circuits on line for the mic-amp-speaker set up, but not many for the induction loop amp. It's the induction loop where we need the most expertise and help for the design. I've uploaded a basic layout of what we need. Please no guesswork on this. if you have skill sets for this then great, but if not, please don't submit a bid.
