Help us to setup an image detection system in an RPI, - long time commitment

Hi I would like to offer you long term commitment for this project. It is quite clear that your project would take lot of time not sure what you are trying to eventually achieve here, if you can educate me on that chances are i can come up with some pipeline, have worked with raspberry pi earlier too with some corporates and usually my projects are lengthy . I have used raspberry pi for speed detection, and ANPR. Max hours per week cant be more than 30 Hrs.
