Hello advertiser, There are many different EMC standards and equipment nature for which these are applicable. There two main domains EMC for PCB and EMC for product i.e., qualification of product that meets the requirements of a specific standard. I have qualified products for certain EMC standards and designed PCBs (with high end FPGAs) on estimated parameters so that they qualify in the first go but Power supply issues are different. I designed PCBs with PIC (PIC16, dsPIC, PIC18, PIC32) and Atmega 8-bit micrcontrollers (Atmega8, Atmega328, ATtiny etc) and RS-232/ RS-485 transceivers but with excellent PCB design never found such problems. For your problem you will have to disclose openly your problem, circuit, PCB design (Gerbers can merely benefit), AND the COMPLIANCE STANDARD. I dont have instruments but enough literature work and design practices so once designed or proposed solution it will be good to check yourself that with spectrum analyzer. I can suggest an off-the-shelf device or design (discrete components based) myself a solution. For any query, judgments/ remarks your acknowledgement is welcome.
