FPGA microphone PDM-to-USB digital audio interface

You should be very competent in FPGA and DSP, especially for audio signal processing. You should also have worked on MEMS microphone with PDM digital interface. What I need you to do is the following: 1. select a Xilinx FPGA such as Spartan 6 for 2. hooking up 16 MEMS digital microphones with PDM interface 3. simultaneously sampling audio at 16-bit 48KHz 4. send out through USB as USB Audio Your deliverables include: - Electronics (BOM, schematics, PCB layout, etc) - firmware (project, source code, etc) - test package (electronic test points, firmware testing, and computer verification process) Please indicate if you can source all parts (FPGA, MEMS microphone etc) and fabricate PCB on your side within one week. I want to avoid lengthy international mailing. So this is essentially a 16-microphone PDM-to-USB interface. We will test and accept the above with running Audacity on computer to collect and playback audio data collected from your work. Additionally, we need you do audio DSP processing (such as FFT) on this FPGA. We will provide details on those later. Please bid for the pure interface part first.
