Email Marketing Set Up

We need some support setting up our email marketing automation, systems and strategy. We signed up for Hubspot and are doing literally nothing with it. We've just signed up for Intercom. We've experimented with Mailchimp and Mailshake previously. We also have two CRM's, neither of which are being used properly. We have about 20,000 contacts on our email list which we're not really doing anything with! We're a recruitment technology platform and we're pure B2B so experience in B2B/recruitment would be a bonus
