Email & SMS Marketing Manager Passionate about writing and advertising? Communicating with a dedicated and receptive audience? As a pioneer in the community-led ecommerce space, we have grown our email audience substantially and communicate with them regularly, sending them engaging content, offers and the ability to participate in the creation of TBô products. We’re growing at over 3x and are now looking for our email marketing manager to communicate with our constantly expanding audience. Responsibilities Work with the marketing director and production team to stay up-to-date on new product releases Write new product release descriptions on the brand website Create copy and send email/SMS campaigns Write and organize automation sequences A/B test emails in automations Analyze email/SMS data to make adjustments in order to maximize revenue Create content and participate in the brand community forum Write content in the particular brand tone Managing a team of freelance writers for the brand blog Editing blog entries with proper SEO components and imagery Basic admin tasks with document organization Requirements Excellent copywriting skills with at least 3 years of experience Proven experience of at least 3 years with email marketing software (preferably with Omnisend) Proven experience of at least 3 years with SMS marketing software (preferably with Attentive) At least 3 years of experience in copywriting An artistic and visual eye for product and graphic placement to accompany the written copy Following a marketing calendar and scheduling campaigns on time A strong eye for performance analytics - understanding the impact of open rate, CTR and revenue Basic understanding of SEO WHAT WE OFFER: Salary plus TBô’s tokenized common shares program Tokenized Company: we are one of the first companies in the world to have done a Security Token Offering and offer our shares for trading through our own website Flexibility: you choose when and from where you work - as long as the work gets delivered.
