PHP developer

we are running a classified website which need few things fix. Site is in PHP. 1) Search should work like [login to view URL] 2) In our site :- When you place an ad - in my trade it still says pending. Do i need to approve them in the administration area for it to be changed to active? - Still not done. Maybe the admin panel should say if there are new ads that need to be approved. Need this to do. 3) Need a sign out button on the home page too. 4) few contents information need to put in bottom links ..simple text. Text i will provide. You just need to put. 5) Contact button to have email address that i have so people can contact me..i will provide email address These all which right now need to fix.. Site url and admin accesss will provide after request and right candidate. Thanks
