Software guidance in Rockwell Arena

For my Master's Thesis in Engineering I am modelling a system in 'Rockwell Arena'. I am looking for someone with experience in this software as well as experience in system modelling. What I expect from you are interactive live online sessions in which we use teamviewer and skype and in which we build a model together. I want a partner who thinks with me and who can translate ideas in to software and who can occasionally also fix some bugs and little errors in the model. I am looking for a creative person who speaks fluent english, french or dutch. In the beginning Payment will be per hour, but I am looking for someone with who I can work extensively over the comming months, and so we can always make an arrangement if we are on the same page. I am quite generous and good work will be rewarded accordingly since I highly prefer quality about quantity,
