Personal Assistant in Kiev for 7 days part time work in the period 26.7. - 1.8. 2018

I need a Personal Assistant in Kiev for 7 days work (part time) in the period 26.7. - 1.8. 2018 for a total of no more than 20 hours. The person has to be familiar with Kiev, should speak English and needs to be physically present in city in the specified period. I need a physical assistant not a virtual assistant. Payment: I was thinking of a flat fee in the region of US$ 100. This will be paid out even if I end up using less than 20 hours. Work type: The job is suited for a young student or similar but I have no age criteria. What is important is that the person can speak and translate English to Ukrainian and is flexible in the period 26.7. - 1.8. The level of English does not have to be flawless, if the text written here is easily understod, I am sure the language level will be sufficient. The work tasks will be pretty basic, verbal translation on the spot (English to Ukrainian and vice versa), possibly some written translation in a few cases (letters or filling out forms), help with collections of some items (could be an item in a shop), arrangement of what ever, booking of restaurants, and so on. The Personal Assistant work could be compared to a Personal Tourist Guide except my purpose is not tourism but business oriented - I have previously been to Kiev as a tourist. I don’t expect many formal business meetings during the 7 days, this will come at a later time. Time and working hours: For most of the days, the 3 hours will be in a row, e.g. from 13.00 - 16.00. The working hours will be between 10.00 - 20.00. For most of the days, the hours will be between 10.00 - 16.00, but there might be (this is not necessarily the case) two days where the working hours will be from 17.00 - 20.00. There might be a day with no work and then another day with 4 hours of work, but this we can negotiate in advance. I have specified 20 hours and that is the maximum, it is more likely that I will end up using the service for less than 20 hours, 14-16 hours of total is more realistic. But I will still pay the same flat fee. Should the unlikely happens, that I need to use more than 20 hours, then I will pay additional for the extra hours. The first day of work will be Thursday the 26th starting around 12.00. My purpose: I have an entrepreneurial purpose and this is an exploratory phase so everything is open. I cannot specify objectives in details. I work with visual productions, entrepreneurship, design and luxury businesses but my Kiev 'adventure' is unspecified. I will be conducting business research in the period but as this is my first (initial) research visit to Kiev, I will most likely come back many times. Therefore if we get along well, the right person can expect more work in the future, also different kinds of future tasks.
