Management Module Modification and Enhancement Odoo 11 community -- 2

Seeking an adept software developer with a knack for refining and augmenting our existing shrinkage module to optimize surplus management. Workflow for Manufacturing Module: 1. Select the desired product for manufacturing. 2. Specify and save the quantity to be produced. 3. Verify product availability for manufacturing. 4. Record total production. 5. In case of any loss, document it. 6. Validate the production order. Proposed Module Enhancements: We aim to incorporate the following changes into our module: - Addition of a surplus registration button: - Surplus: When the final production exceeds anticipated quantities. - Loss: When the final production falls short of expectations. - The surplus button's functionality will complement that of the loss button. When a surplus occurs, it should adjust the final product quantity by updating production yield without altering material consumption quantities. - Introduce an additional button adjacent to the loss button. Primary Requirements: - Enable the input of quantities surpassing 100% in production. For instance, if the target is 100 units and 100% of the materials are utilized, but the actual production amounts to 105 units, the surplus of 5 units should be accounted for. - Implement adjustments to the module to manage surplus efficiently. Currently, the system calculates a shrinkage of finished products, accounting for defects or waste, resulting in less than 100% of the final product being produced despite using 100% of the material. We need to reverse this process to utilize 100% of raw material and produce more than 100% of the finished product. - Adapt the existing shrinkage workflow by reversing it, adding a "Surplus" button alongside the shrinkage button. Current Setup: Our production tracking involves a combination of manual and automated methods. Expected Enhancements: We anticipate significant improvements in our tracking system, particularly in real-time production level updates, facilitating efficient surplus management.
