Work includes but not limited to preparing internal and external correspondence; maintaining filing systems; completing timely/accurate data and training assignment entry plus compiling/analyzing reports through the PeopleSoft Systems.

The projects in which I worked were obliged to work 24*7 assistance/support. Hence, can work in any time zones. 02. Have to provide the deliveries on time as all the deliveries has SLAs 03. Very well know how to work under extreme pressure 04. High quality work as I had to provide an update to the user. 05. Attentive towards the details provided by the user to grasp exact issue/request of the customer and then providing appropriate solution. 06. I'm exceptionally fluent in communication skills and have handled various costumers from different countries. 07.
