I've done something like that before, because I'm a hydraulic (water) engineer. But I'm not sure whether you want to calculate Y, or just show it on the chart. I'm fine with both ways. If you meant the calculation, first we need to identify the range (> 40 > 20 > 0 > -20 >) I don't know the exact name of this (because my education wasn't in English), we need the "suitable" value for this range by a=b*(a2-a)/(b2-b) , something like that, I'll calculate it later. then do the same thing for the Y values for each value in the Y column.
