Excel macro for multiple data checking and compiling

We have an excel list with roughly 76,000 line items that represent batches of clients with multiple policies - but each policy is listed as a seperate item. What we need is an excel macro that checks the name value in a column, matches all similar names, and creates a sum of the data found in rows that match the row/columns with similar names. We're trying to find a total account value for accounts that have individual lines of business separated out by each row. Example is attached. Ideally we can import and run this macro to get a quick snapshot of the data. We can sort and filter from there to identify particular accounts. We can also supply an edited version of the book, have the work done, so long as the original form of the rows and columns of the book is intact; due to privacy laws we can release the full excel sheet data. So we'd remove the private data, have the work done, and then insert back in the cut columns after the work is done.
