Hi, We are Looking for one online customer service staff, who will take care of email reply (using Zendesk) to our customers' enquiry. You will be polite and patient with handling customers pre-sale and after sales questions. The average working hours will take around 2 hours per day, 7 days per week, so it's a flexible work.

Also, judging by the hours you need I can only imagine your new business is growing so CONGRATULATIONS. If there's anything I've learned in my 7 years of customer service experience is: all customers deserve a 5-star experience. While there are many ways to help a customer, one should always strive to make their day better. I also know it's somewhat tough to achieve this if we are running against the clock. So who can blame the typical copy/paste response. Well here's where a great and friendly macros from Zendesk help us substantially. Whether we can personalize the macros by adding a unique detail we know about the customer, that will always be the cherry on top for the customer experience I'll be able to provide.
