I need some assistance with a mass mail merge campaign. Current capacity is only 400 emails per 24 hours. I have 100k+ emails to send. - Will be using microsoft outlook or gmail - Must be able to pull data like first name from spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets)

I’ll provide a series of settings, for wait-time between email transmissions and other simple settings to ensure that you can minimise complications with your outlook servers.
