1. Use a FB account exclusively for providing customer service in California and Arizona and posting free FB marketplace and CL ads for hawkinswoodshop.com. 2. Download the Zoho Email app and be ready to sign into customerservice@[login to view URL] to reply to customers who email you. 3. Download FB Messenger app and reply to all customers via FB Messenger who respond to your ads on FB Marketplace. 80% of our customers contact us via FB Messenger. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU BE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL CUSTOMER INQUIRIES PROMPTLY 7am-10pm PST. 4. Download Google Voice app on your phone and create a phone number that you can use exclusively to receive and send texts and calls from customers with a local area code such as 707, 530, or 916. 5. Download the Facebook Page app and sign-in using credentials I have for you so you may answer all customer messages in the inbox. 6. When not responding politely, promptly, and effectively to customers texts, messages, emails, and calls you will be creating and posting free FB marketplace ads and CL ads.
